# Treasury 🔐

The Shimmy Treasury, will be used to manage and conduct pre-determined activities involving the development and growth of the ecosystem, and the dispersion of the Token. Treasury agreements will be provided to involved parties, which will outline the decision making and action requirements of the invested parties. 

The treasury contract will be guarded by multisig wallet, in 'Team' by [<mark style="color:orange;">Trustswap</mark>](https://www.team.finance/)<mark style="color:orange;">.</mark> This ensures that the founding team collectively process certain important decisions, and manage the vesting and organisation transaction responsibilities with accountability and records.&#x20;
